1. Product Packaging Safety
   We take product packaging safety very seriously, especially for fragile and valuable products like Ru porcelain. All porcelain items are packed with multiple layers of protective materials, including bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy outer boxes, to prevent damage during shipping. We carefully inspect each package before dispatch to ensure it is intact, and it is generally very safe. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact customer service within 48 hours of the product's arrival or within 7 days of receipt. We will help arrange a replacement shipment or a return or exchange.

2. Gift Packaging Options
   We offer high-quality standard packaging (a recipient of the German Red Dot Design Award) that is beautifully designed and suitable for gifts. In Japan, there is a tradition of wrapping gifts or souvenirs in furoshiki, symbolically wrapping the giver's heartfelt sentiments inside—an expression of warmth and thoughtfulness.
   We are currently unable to provide furoshiki, but you can purchase one separately and wrap the gift yourself. Furoshiki wrapping is simple, and wrapping it by hand can make the gift feel even more personal and heartfelt. You can also select the gift-wrapping option when placing your order, and we will send it beautifully wrapped—perfect for gifting.

3. Effect of Packaging on Shipping Costs
   Gift packaging usually increases the package's size and weight, so it may slightly affect shipping costs. The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging
   Chuan Song Ru Porcelain places great importance on environmental protection. All packaging materials we use are recyclable and made from biodegradable recycled materials. They contain no harmful substances and pose no risk to the environment or human health. While ensuring our products are protected, we are also committed to protecting the environment.
